A change in plans to groom Monday ! We will start grooming ( about 10 am ) hopefully. High temp of 35 F. Two inches reported overnight.

Its looking like back to normal weather for spring snow at Silvercrest. Saturday night at the Full Moon Ski saw heavy snow fall off and on all night. By morning there was 2 inches of new powder. We re-groomed in the morning but a late afternoon storm added 2 inches.…

All trails were groomed for skate and classic skiing. Conditions are generally fast with a hard base in the tracks and skate lane. We put down the teeth on the ginzu and got good results in the skate lane with a little powder on top. High temps for the weekend…

Bob B regroomed things today for tomorrow’s Moonlight group Ski. There will be hot chocolate and a fire at the trailhead and a guided all comers group ski from 730 to 9pm. Hope to see you up at Silver Crest!

The big groomer will go in tonight ( thurs )and we will set classic ski tracks about 3 pm Friday. Again it will be great for skate skiing Friday morning. High temperatures will be 33 and 39 for Friday and Saturday. 44 and 41 for Sunday and Monday.

We regroomed today and conditions were ideal. Several people and families were out today snowshoeing, skiing and enjoying the snow and mild temperatures. We set fresh tracks Monday. It snowed 1-2″ overnight into Tuesday morning so the skiing should still be excellent! Enjoy a midweek ski!
