Dec 31st, Wednesday trails update.

We are getting closer to getting things back to normal. Not much new snow reported this week but we did get out yesterday and today to groom and level your trails as well as possible. We are still sitting at 16 or 17 inches snow depth. All trails are tree cleared and packed. We ran our small ginzu today several times over the trails with pretty good results. The south side trails vary from fair to good condition for skating depending on the location. Neihart Flyer, Mt Eureka, Homestake Meadow, Quick Silver trails. The north side trails are still not in great shape but much improved. 89er, Gold Run, Silver Dyke. Classic tracks are set on all trails but vary in quality.

Our advice is to bring your skate skis and classic skis and try both.

Kings Hill Grooming Association is going to do a test run with their Pisten Bully on our trails Thursday evening/night to see if their is enough snow to safely groom. Thanks John and Mike ! There are no guarantee’s and we will wait for their results and post our plans for the weekend as soon as possible.

Thanks everyone !

Bob
