Silver Crest Trails Association

A nice day today with several skiers and snowshoe folks enjoying the day. We are regrooming as much as possible to get the trails smoothed out and flat. They are getting better with each pass and in pretty good shape overall. Still some shallow classic tracks areas due to the hard base. Gold Run has been groomed several times now and is looking good. Skating was good today after going over it with the big ginzu groomer to soften things up this morning. The weather and trails trend is cold at night with hard and icy trails conditions in the mornings but softening in the afternoons.

The weather is predicted to bring a couple of inches snow Tuesday and long term is snow likely starting Thursday night ! We’ll know more weather details as the week progresses. You can check yourselves at…NOAA. In the location box type in Onion Park.
